Field trips are an essential part of training, that is why I encourage all of my students to go to field trips, I arrange for students remotely so that they can start developing their interpersonal skills and their network of contacts. I develop a sense of getting involved in the success of the student, to encourage to talk to me if they run into any kind of difficulties. I think that this why students who have been in my classes do not want any other professor and that also helps me to keep a retention rate of 100%.
